The recent models of Proton Saga has been a challenge to us installers. No matter which way you go, something needs to be modified. For example if you install the floating type display units, you will find it a challenge to mount the chassis and also to nicely cover the gap the factory radio leaves behind. Furthermore there is a piece of plastic behind the radio in the middle that prevents radio chassis that are deeper to fit. That needs to be cut out.

If you are going the Android direction, depending on the Android unit, you may find that you need to shave off some of the plastic above the AC vent to clear the head unit. This is what we had to do to fit the Teyes CC3. Nevertheless, we think its a small sacrifice for the greater good. The Teyes adds so much more to the user experience and functionality of the head unit.

With the right adapter sockets, you will be able to retain the factory reverse camera. Steering Wheel Control buttons are also retained. Overall we are very happy the way this install turned out. Do take note if you are to tackle this install yourself, there will be challenges and you may need more time. If you are paying someone to do it, don't be surprised if charges are slightly higher than common cars.
