Our customer returned this thime with her moms Toyota Vios. Previously it was already upgraded to an aftermarket 2 DIN head unit. However after a few years the unit was not very stable and the reverse camera image was getting bad. The customers request was simple, a nice large screen with a clear camera, not too expensive of course.

Many customers ask, what is lacking in this entry level unit. The simple answer is it uses a 4-core processor, so you can expect it to not be as fast as 8-core units. However for basic use this is acceptable for most customers. The other difference is that this unit will not support 360 cameras, tpms, dvr and such. Nevertheless you get wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto via link app and also reverse camera support. As for the audio, its pretty decent with some audio tuning ability.


On top of the head unit and camera upgrade, we also restored the headlamp as the oxidation was pretty bad. We highly recommend getting this done as it will restore the brightness of your headlamp. Doesn't hurt that it makes your car looks so much better. Amazing what shiny headlamps do for the car.
