These days we are getting more and more 86 and BRZ owners wanting to install the 360 camera system. In this particular install the customer chose the Teyes CC4 2K 360.


For the GR86, you will likely need to spend some time on getting the rear camera mounted right as it is not a simple bolt on job. You will need to customize the mounts to fit but it can be done with a little bit of time and patience.


As for the front camera, it is best you try to use plates that fit exactly on the front bumper to ensure that you can mount the camera without it being blocked. There aren't many mounting options for the front. 


Side camera are a little tricky also as the side mirrors do not have much of a flat downward facing surface. What this means is that you will be limited in the location you choose to mount the camera. 


In general, trying to calibrate the 360 system for lower cars can be a little tricky as the view of the cameras can be rather skewed. However if you get the steps right, the system should be able to get a satisfactory final result.
