Our returning customer came back with yet another car for a head unit and reverse camera upgrade. How many cars does he have??? Anyways, having experienced using Teyes Android, he was feeling that his old Android in the BMW X3 was not living up to his expectaions any more. He decided on the Teyes CC4 2K.

Installation on the BMW X3 was pretty straight forward thankfully. With the correct can bus interface, you are able to retain most of the integtared functions such as steering wheel controls, parking sensors and a few other features. No dealbreaker for the customer so all good.

The most fun feature we were able to retain is the CD player. So for purists out there, this is probably something you will appreciate.

In terms of performance, Teyes never dissapoints. From the speed of the operating system to the amazing sound quality, there are no complians really. We also replaced the older camera with the Teyes AHDC 3.1 Reverse Camera which allows for 1080P AHD quality. Works great even in the dark.

We feel confident enough to recommend this upgrade should you want to refresh you older gen BMW X3.
